The newly refurbished park at the King George V playing field was
launched on Sunday 21st November 2010!
Thanks to a £100,000
Community Spaces grant from Groundwork UK, funded by the Big Lottery
Fund, Play For Elham were thrilled that the park was officially
opened on Sunday.
The party began at 1pm, with
the official opening ceremony at 1.30pm.
There was a BBQ, Beer
Tent, live music, games and plenty of surprises!

Grand Opening
The refurbished King George V playground has now opened! It was a fantastic afternoon with hundreds of people coming to help celebrate the new park, which has been funded by Groundwork UK.
