On Saturday 31st October Play for Elham and the King's Arms hosted a parade and party for all members of the community to enjoy.
Over two hundred people young and not so young attended, dressed in fantastic halloween costumes.
Everyone met in The Square at 5.00pm ready to parade the village. Many thanks to residents along the route who kindly decorated the front of their homes with spooky halloween decorations for members of the parade to spot and also thanks to those who cheered the parade along the way!
Will and Rose kindly played host to everyone on their return, in an amazingly decorated King's Arms, where we were treated to a specially written story by children's author Paul Bright.
It was an event that was thoroughly enjoyed by all and Play for Elham plan to make it an annual event with exciting new twists for 2010... Watch this space!!Back to top
