Briony Williamson
Parish council Chairman, mum and active member of the local community, Briony is responsible for the creation of Play for Elham. She runs a website design company with an impressive client portfolio whilst also juggling her involvement with many Elham groups. Briony hopes that support for Play for Elham continues to grow and is constantly looking for volunteers and help from members of the community. She is also fondly known as the 'grant queen' as she unearths every grant imaginable in our quest to secure funding for all the work that Play for Elham aim to achieve!
Kate Baker
Mum and step-mum, parish councillor and Elham FC Child Welfare Officer and Secretary, Kate has a love of sport and music which she tries to share with the youth in the area. She has a background in marketing, business development and consulting, as well as international event organisation. Having already run some workshops with children in the village, she is hoping that some of these skills come in handy when trying to negotiate some of the fundraising ideas given to Play for Elham, such as how many smarties she can eat in a minute with chopsticks or hammering a nail in double-quick time at the Elham Summer Fayre.....
Emma Levett
Brilliant scientist and newest member of the Play for Elham team, Emma brings a wealth of experience, passion and problem solving skills to the group. A Research Scientist by profession, Emma can also be seen regularly ‘researching’ the produce at the Farmers’ Market and local tea rooms. A supportive and proactive committee member on the EVHA, Emma firmly understands the need to constantly come up with new and exciting ideas to keep Play for Elham fresh and interesting.
